01 Definitions & Introduction

In these Terms & Conditions, "SVIP", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the svip.nz website and its associated mobile application. "User", "member", "player", or "you" refers to any individual registered on the SVIP platform.

"Platform" refers to SVIP's website, mobile app, and all services provided through them. "Gaming Services" refers to all forms of online gaming activities, including slots, fish games, Sports Betting, and Live Casino.

02 Eligibility & Registration

03 Account Management

KYC Verification

Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal or whenever deemed necessary by SVIP. Required documents may include:

• Copy of national ID card or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

If KYC is not completed, SVIP reserves the right to delay or place a hold on withdrawal processing.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20–30 times the bonus amount.
• A specific time limit applies for meeting wagering requirements.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on the SVIP platform operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be controlled or influenced by SVIP or any game provider.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• SVIP is not responsible for any game interruption caused by an internet disconnection.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, SVIP's game logs shall be considered the definitive record.

For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with SVIP's established policy.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SVIP. Violation of these rules will result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using any strategy to circumvent bonus terms
• Playing games using software, bots, or automated systems
• Intentionally exploiting any game bug or glitch
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair betting advantage
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting unauthorized access to SVIP systems
• Harassing or threatening other members

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

SVIP reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• If registration is completed using false information
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• KYC Verification Failure
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)

Members may request account closure at any time through support. Any remaining balance will be refunded upon closure; however, bonus funds will not be returned.

11 Limitation of Liability

SVIP accepts no liability for the following:

• Game loss due to internet disconnection
• Unauthorized access to the account resulting from the member's own error or negligence
• Technical errors from third-party game providers
• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

SVIP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.

For significant changes, SVIP will notify members via email or in-app notification. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
